1. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. Claims for damages or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items or final clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

Additionally, items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Exchanges and Refunds

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or product, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
